(Our store is owned and operated by the Smith families. They are originally from Milan, IN. They moved here and opened the store in 1990.) That is what makes our store and all other Ben Franklin Crafts stores so spe
cial and unique! There is not a Corporate Office telling us what to sell or a warehouse supplying us all with the exact same products. We offer a personal shopping experience that is geared to "our" customers!
